Faulty Pod Replaced

Having bought a set of Pods at Christmas time I installed them on my Pan 1100.
However, three weeks later one of them "blew".
A quick email to BikeVis and a replacement was sent out, arriving within days.

Excellent customer service !

We get the odd faulty light, as with anything electrical...glad your all up and running again

It's so pleasant to get such a superb service and response these days!
1 of my Bullets died (I think I glued it to death whilst fitting it ::) ) but Fluke came through and is sending out a replacement,
brilliant :)

(Now then, Fluke, if you really want to please us make some red ones to enhance the break/tail lights on my 1300 Pan  ;D )

Just want to agree with Panamaniac above and say a big thanks to Dan.
One of my pods stopped working for a few days, then came back on but at half power. a quick email to support, and a new pod arrived 2 days later.
 
Very happy customer  ;D

We're constantly improving the design as they have to stand alot of abuse being bombarded with all the weather can throw at them and noisy / spikey electrical systems.
 
Our aim is <1% failiure rate on all products sold, which is pretty good for an electical item on a motorcycle... and so far we are below that figure.
 
If anyone ever has a faulty / dim LED, just drop us a email and we'll get replacements straight out the door the same or next day.
