Fault

Hello There,
I have the Bullet white LEDs and put them on my honda Deauville 700, they are great but after only a week one them stopped working, there was only a blue dot at first and then completly died. Is it the bulb(only a week) or maybe the rain? Can you please advise as I'm about to cry :-[
