I bought a set of bullets and had an issue after only a couple of weeks. A quick e-mail to Dan and this was sorted out in quick time without any problems at all.
It is pleasing to see a company provide such a high level of service in this day and age :-) Would I deal with them again - yes, just have to find somewhere else to hang some lights of the bike.
