Terry, one of our customers has pointed out a problem when testing PodMods thats easily confused with a fault.
Many people test both Bullets and PodMods using their battery charger. Though usually it's fine to light the Bullets, due to the output of many intelligent chargers the microcontroller in the PodMod can't start up.
This causes the effect of the Bullets lighting but no modulation.
Best way to test any PodMod / Bullet combination before fitting is to use your bikes battery, or another 12vDC source.
