customer service above and beyond the call of duty

the level of service i have received off dan the owner of bike vis has restored my faith in human nature , i mentioned in a post on the forum that i had repaired a non functioning t501 wedge light,and without me asking he contacted me and offered two more foc,well in my eyes this is customer service above and beyond the call of duty.
what a decent fella this guy is, a refreshing change in todays world of profit above all else  ;D ;D ;D [size=78%] [/size]
