After several months of ownership I finally got round to ordering bullets for my STR. I previously had them on my ER6f so knew how good they were.
I fitted them tonight, taking power from the side light supply. An added benefit, it suddenly occurred to me that I can tap into the other sidelight to power my USB socket after trying for a while to figure out the switched feed to the tail lights.

Anyway......took a couple of pics tonight. The LEDs are so bright that they're easily visible to the camera even though it's being almost blinded by the headlamps.

No drilling needed either.....I fed the cable through a slot on the radiator cowl and used the sticky back to secure the bullet. If it needs secured again, I'll use a little bit of silicon sealant.

Second set of bullets purchased and once again.....very happy!!
