Tail light bullets have died

Hi guys,

I wired in my front and rear bullets on my Honda CB500. They look amazing and work great.

However the rear bullets have stopped working. They were both working fine and both appear to have stopped working at the same time. Is there a risk that the extra current when the brake part of the bulb illuminates has burnt them out?

I will take it apart soon to investigate but I was just wondering if they are completley buggered?

Hi Stuart

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. The odds of both failing at same time are very small, so it's very worth checking connections.

We have never heard of a direct short on any Bullet so there is very unlikely to be any issue using your brake.

Keep me posted how it goes.
