Resolved: Can PodMod be used with other lights?

The modulation pattern of the PodMod sounds like exactly what I'm looking for - not the on/off modulation provided by most other products I've seen.

I have a Kymco Bet & Win 150 with two position lights on either side of the headlight.  They are currently the stock 12V/5W BA15 bulbs. 

I'm wondering if the PodMod would be capable of modulating the stock bulbs...or alternatively a replacement LED bulb.  The BikeVis LED lights don't seem to be designed to replace my stock bulb.

Hi

The PodMod can only modulate LEDs, the reason being the rate is so fast that it would not allow sufficient cooling of the filament in a Halogen bulb and would blow it.

It can however be used with any LEDs up to 200mA, which covers most LEDs out there... so in theory you should be able to source some BA15 LED Bulbs and use the pod mod on them.

Perfect!  Finding BA15 LED bulbs won't be a problem.
