I just received my Bike Bullets via the group buy at st-owners.com from Punk Rocka (Chris).
Of course I immediately wanted to see them in action, so I stripped 1/4" of the wire ends and held them to my bike's battery terminals. One bullet worked beautifully (it IS a wide angle of visibility!), the other did not work at all. I reversed the wires, still nothing.
Then I tested the first one again, which still worked so the power source was not faulty.
Is there anything else that I can do to test, or is that Bullet just dead? If it is dead, what is the return policy? I never did read the policy before joining the group buy...

Sorry you have a faulty Pod, it's pretty rare as each is tested twice before leaving.
If you email over your full postal address I'll get one out to you ASAP, we warranty everything we supply with a no quibble 1 year cover.
