Resolved: Bullit lights have stopped working

Have installed 4 bullit lights in two pairs, but after a few weeks 2 of them aren't working properly. two are working full brightness but the other two, one just hardly lights and the other has stopped.

Have checked all connection and all is fine, even from another power source they still refuse to work properly.

Any help?
