Hi Bikeviz, Having recently fitted and been very happy with my bullet lights I was confused when the bikes 15amp fuse blew after turing on the lights. I checked all the fittings and the replacment fuse blew once again.  Removing the bullets connected to the side light bulb, I have used piggy back connectors,  the fuse did not blow. I used an ohm meter to test the bullet lights and found that one of the units had gone open circuit. Could you let me know your returns policy or how to obtain a replacement unit.

Fluke

Hi

Sorry to hear about the short circuit, i can hand on heart say this is the first ever one in over 10,000 Bullets out there in the wild so you are extremly unlucky to get this.

Can you email me your full postal address and a new version 2 Bullet kit will leave us tomorrow first class.

Regards
