Title: Resolved: Anyone ever had issues with blue lights in the UK?
Post by: Burger Man on November 23, 2010, 12:09:26 PM
Hi All,

I am new here so apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere.

I am very interested in the bullets as a safety device and I have to say they look really good too.   ;D

So I am about to order my bullet kit and modulator.  I like the idea of blue as I have the gut feeling they stand out more from the rest of the crowd on the road.  However, I was under the impression that in the UK one could not fit blue lights as they are used by the police.  Can you confirm they are legal in the UK?

Thanks!

Hi

They are not road legal in UK... and with podmod they might draw too much attention.

If you go with white though no problems :-)

What sort of bike were you thinking of fitting to ?

Regards

The only problem I have is when they come up behind me when I'm going a little too fast.
