Ive just wired up my lights, but they come on and stay on as soon as I put in the fuse, rather than when the engine has started. I dont really want to put in a switch. Any ideas??

Hi
Sorry you are having trouble
If you could ensure the brown, blue and white are not connected. These wires are not needed.
Start the engine, then switch off after a few seconds running and 20secs later the lights should go off.
The lights will then only come on when you start up.
Let me know how it goes
Regards
OK, so I finished off, put fuse in, lights came on, turned on engine, ran it for a few seconds, turned off, lights turned off. Sadly that was the only time. Despite several engine starts etc lights are now on until I pull the fuse. I can confirm the blue white and brown wire are not connected and sealed. Any more ideas?
