   Hi Fluke
One or two Questions i would like to ask you.Thinking of buying two sets off bullet lights for my cbf 1000.could you tell me if it is
possable to put a channel in the body off the bullet lights so that the wire runs flat to the fairing, will this damage the light in any way.
Also thinking off replaceing the standerd side lights with T10 501 wedge leds side lights will these fit my cbf 1000.Im putting
your light on they look good plus had a few near misses
                         regards Colin R  ;D

Hi Colin and welcome

It's not really possible to put a channel in the base of the bullet without damaging it, but another solution would be to fit one of our other lighting products, or fab a little bracket maybe for the Bullets.

The 501 LEDs will fit fine, you just need to make sure your existing bulb is forward facing to get the benefit.

Dan how possible would it be to alter production of the bullets to have the cable entry nearer the back edge of the flat base.

When I installed my bullets it was fairly easy to find an existing gap or hole where the cable could be routed, however as the cable entry is nearer the centre of the bullet it doesn't leave much sticky to use this method.

With the cable entry at the very back it may be possible in the future (when re-tooling) to have a channel in the bullet base to allow the cable to be routed from the back of the bullet if required.

Hi mate

Thanks, will deffo look at this... like you say in the long run I'd like to get a retool. As simple though as the Bullet is it's quite hard to mould so requires a lot of trial and error.

Cheers

       Hi Fluke
As i said in my first post my bike is a cbf 1000 with a full fairing so i dont want to make holes in my fairing had a  look round my
bike were to put your lights could not find any were with out drilling holes on the fairing, love the look off the cree lights but cant find
any were to fit them which would look ok.The only place which i think would look ok would be under the head lights but that would
mean only one day running light do you sell singel items insted off baying pairs ;)

Hi Colin

I'm afraid we only sell in pairs on lights. You have to watch when fitting anything under the nose of fairing that under fork compression and full steering lock you don't snag the mudguard.

You could mount bullets under the nose, and the tiny hole for the wire would never show as up under the bike if the bullet was ever removed.

Our Mini Pods would fit nicely up under also.
