I took the time to disasemble the indicators and remove them. Then install them as the instructions (including beer!)
I installed them on the bottom of the indicators front & rear and they look like they were part of the bike rather than an add on.
I'm a sparks by trade so it was easy to suss out.

As stated by Bikevis "fill in flash photograpy" will give the illusion of the bullets looking not so bright.
But  I used the bike last week in the fog in west London and they are piercing and definately do what they are meant to do. 8) :) .....look for yourselves.
